Just a little bit about me and how INTENTIONality came to life.

I have been very fortunate throughout my professional career to have had the privilege of working with several Fortune 500 companies. The ones I loved the most had the best leaders who took time to care about their employees and assist them both professionally and personally with their career growth, even if that meant the employee would leave them and move on to better opportunities. Those leaders became my mentors and role models during which time I discovered what my professional passion was — helping others achieve their dreams and grow their careers.

I began working with women privately who wanted to find the “secret sauce” to success and life. The truth is that there is no “secret sauce”. The truth is that everyone has the “secret sauce” already they just don’t realize it. I developed programs and coaching strategies to work with women to unlock their own passion and dreams and take action to start achieving goals they never thought possible. They were changing their beliefs changing their mindsets and therefore changing their lives.

I decided it was time to go public with my programs and coaching strategies opening it up to all women… thus INTENTIONality was born! I am very passionate about serving others to help them become the best version of themselves.
